❝Movie25❞ Inglourious Basterds

review During World War II a group of American soldiers are sent into Europe to kill Nazis. They've become so good at it that the Germans refer to them as The Basterds. Later, they work with a British officer who was sent to formalize a plan to kill several high ranking German officers at the premiere of a movie depicting the "heroics" of a German soldier. But something goes wrong at the meeting with their contact, a German actress, all of the members of the team who speak German are killed which complicates the plans. So the leader Lt. Raine comes up with an alternative. And another complication is the screening is being moved to a small theater because the man depicted in the movie takes a liking to the owner of the theater. And unknown to them, she is a Jew whose entire family was killed by a Nazi officer, who was tasked with rounding up the Jews and is now the security officer of the screening. And also unknown is that she has her own plans

3:21 GEH-SHTAPO lmao, love the way he says it. This scene bled tea. Am I the only one who thought of Negan when watching this? Either that, or Casino.

“I cant trust you anymore Mal” *Ties a rope to the leg of her chair and jumps out window. FREQUENCY 404. STOP LYING. What a perfect way to end the movie. 10/10. Tarantinos masterpiece. A glass of that's savage. Ryan Howard's grand parent. I like that Hitler's voice in this film is truer to his real-life, normal-conversation voice.

Gotta give it to this Kraut, he died like a man

I really enjoyed this movie, it's violent and gory, but also emotional and suspenseful at times. I absolutely loved "The Jew Hunter" and the basterds themselves. I loved Shoshanna and her storyline. The film ends quickly and amazingly, with some good surprises. And the opening scene is some of the best dialogue I've ever heard, it is stunning, how it keeps reeling me into the world deeper and deeper. Michael Fasbenders performance, though short was good and the score matched the film perfectly. Overall a funny at times, a serious at times and an all around great movie.

He is absolutely brilliant. Acting genius. Bingo. Watching this, I feel as though Mike Myers would do an amazing David Mitchell impersonation. America is no different then Nazi. Best film I have watched, remember watching this with my dad indoors, It's sad at the first scene (sorry spoilers D: When the germans try and find the girl of a family of her own on a milk farm, but she manages to luckily run away. Bear Grylls did a great job as one of hostages in this scene. And I want my scalpes.

Sorry, I've always liked Tarantino and his early efforts (the often forgotten Jacky Brown being HIS BEST, a masterpiece! but this movie is so lame. not even ONCE did I laugh. I got a healthy black humor. loads of people DID laugh in the theater but those are the boring among us. the students, the multiplex crowd, the average. This is Tarantino gone mainstream. Quentin was the master of dialogue but he kinda lost there's some gore, but. that ain't enough. boring. Enzo's original Bastards suck as well by the

Sally that girl. I kinda wanted Stanley Tucci to win (he was the best thing in The Lovely Bones) but Waltz totally deserved it.
